Are you eligible?
To be eligible for Warmer Kiwi Homes Grant:
- You must own and live in a home built before 2008.
- You (the owner) have a community services card or live in an area identified as low income.
- You have ceiling and underfloor insulation installed to EECA standards.
- The living area in your home doesn't already have a heat pump, fire or another fixed heating appliance installed.

2. Bay Air will provide a quote
- Bay Air will contact you to arrange a free, no obligation quote in home.
3. Arrange the installation
- Bay Air will arrange a time and date directly with you.
- You will need to sign a contract and pay the non-funded portion of the cost directly to Bay Air.

Warmer Kiwi home grants cover 80% of the cost of an approved heater.
- This could be a heat pump, an efficient wood burner, or another fixed heating appliance for the main living area in your home.
- Heater Grants are capped at $3000 including GST.
Important details
If your house cannot be insulted, for example if there is no space under the floor or ceiling - you may still be eligible for a heater grant.
